Delivery Period Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted within five working days if in stock if item goes out of stock the item will be dispatched as soon as 1 becomes available. 
All parcels are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt (ensuring we can confirm the parcel was received by the customer).

Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods Purchase date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) Returns after 15 days will not be accepted / refunded
